Redispersible Polymer Powder

Due to the high cohesiveness and unique properties of redispersible powders, such as water resistance, workability, and heat insulation, their The range of applications is extremely wide.

Redispersible Polymer Powders from Addage Construction Chemicals are organic chemical compound powders obtained through the spray-drying of aqueous emulsions. together with polysaccharide ethers and alternative additives, Addage Polymer Powders and DRYCRYL™ dispersion powders help improve the properties and performance of cement- or gypsum-based dry-mix merchandise. Redispersible powders mix the performance edges of liquid latex modifiers with the convenience, dependableness and handling/storage benefits of one-component dry-mix systems.

Advantages for end-use merchandise include:
1.Higher water retention and open time
2.Higher strength development of the mortar
3.Improved workability
4.Raised adhesion to a spread of substrates
5.Improved wetting of the substrate
6.Higher flexural strength and adaptability
7.Raised impact and abrasion resistance
8.Freeze/thaw resistance
9.Higher and additional sturdy product quality (contributing to reduced job-site failure)

Dispibe™  redispersible powers should be stored in a dry and cool environment. It is recommended to use within 6 months. Storage in high humidity and temperature will increase the risk of blocking. Prolonged heavy pressure may cause caking. Storage under pressure should also be avoided. Do not stack pallets on top of each other to avoid compaction. Carefully seal any open containers and store them under suitable conditions.
